Hurrah! Paul runs again!
A little thing caused all the trouble: It turned out that a broken wire triggerd the electronics to shut the car down.
I’m grateful that the mechanic took the pain to locate the source of the problem rather than exchanging the whole part, which would have been quite expensive.
Well, I took several trips to the shop to talk to the guy in order to persuade him to take Paul in despite his full schedule.
Luckily, the weather was mostly decent which allowed me to take my bike for the ride. Public transport around here is … let’s say “challenging”.

This afternoon, I will take Paul on an extended ride. So, please cross your fingers that everything works fine again.
